Today is chest day.  I only do three exercises for chest, barbell flat or incline bench press, dumbbell flat or incline press and dips.  Today I am going to attempt to go heavy.

 

Barbell incline press

145 (10 reps)                                                   205 (4 reps)

175 (10 reps)                                                   185 (5 reps)

185 (5 reps)

205 (3 reps)

225 (2 reps)

 

Dumbbell flat bench

70 (8 reps)

75 (8 reps)

80 (8 reps)

 

I do three sets of dips each set done until failure.

 My Chest is fried and my body is eager for breakfast this morning (6 egg whites, grapefruit and ½ cup of oatmeal)
