Today is chest day.  Earl and I are going to mix it up a little today.

 

Dumbbell flat bench press

75 (8 reps)

80 (7 reps)

85 (7 reps)

95 (5 reps)

 

Hammer Incline machine

180 (6 reps)

230 (6 reps)

250 (6 reps)

270 (6 reps)

180 (15 reps)

 

We superset dips with lat pullovers.  Three sets of 15 count each.

My chest is fried but I walk over and put 185 on the bench to see how many reps I get.  I only get 8.  I then go to 205 and can barely get 3.

 My Chest is fried and my body is eager for breakfast this morning (6 egg whites, grapefruit and ½ cup of oatmeal)
